If I could give zero stars, I would. And to give you an idea of who I am, I rebuild Volvo motors and cars, but have a Volvo rally car being rebuild in my garage so I couldn't work on the SUV myself. Took my Volvo X60 in for an oil change, I got a call back stating that the previous oil change was not properly done and the housing on my oil filter would need to be broken off in order to change the oil. I took it back to the Volvo dealer where I bought the car and they basically laughed. They said it looked like the filter housing had a channel lock on it to take it off and they didn't know how to relieve the pressure to remove the housing. The dealer was also the last shop to change the oil, multiple times prior I may add. I thought I would give Midas a chance. Huge mistake. The dealer also said the oil was probably replaced from what was drained because it was already dark and broken down. I called and asked for a refund, and the manager, Brandon, started out by saying "first of all, we are not going to give you a refund". Then he called me back and said the oil was dirty because the filter was old (He didn't know the filter had less than 2k miles on it). College kids and everyone

We came all the way from Tulsa in our Cobra and got a wire stuck in our tire these guys were so helpful and nice.We got the tire off and gave them the tire and they repaired the tire in less the 5 mins now that is customer service!! Thank you guys 😁😁

This shop always treat me well when it comes to my Subaru, these guys are absolutely wonderful. BUT THAT BOY CHAZ….AMAZING service and his communication is superb. Brother I will be seeing you whenever my car has hiccups! You are awesome! And the crew is wonderful. 100% recommend

Went in a while back for an odd sound I heard when turning. I made the mistake of saying "I think it might be my bearing". After "diagnosing" my vehicle they agreed. I then spent a large amount of money replacing them. After the fix the sound was still there. Brought it back in and after about 10 minutes of actually looking they found it to be a 30$ part. Don't worry though, they didn't charge me for the labor on that one.

I had an excellent experience today at Midas. I dealt with Brandon and he provided me with a ton of value by just thoughtfully answering all my questions. He was super helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I normally avoid franchise mechanics, but Brandon resorted my faith in them after this interaction. I just hope these Companies are providing appropriate compensation for their employees because guys like Branden are going above and beyond and deserve it. 🫡
